Location: Ahmedabad | Remote.

Mission of the Role

To drive scalable lead generation and conversion by building, optimizing, and maintaining marketing funnels, automations, and campaigns that directly increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support E2Ms growth targets.

Top Objectives

Own Funnel Creation & Optimization

- Build and refine GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, and attribution systems.

- Ensure campaigns deliver measurable MQL growth.

Lead Automation & Reporting

- Implement and maintain automations across GoHighLevel, Zapier, and connected tools.

- Keep dashboards accurate, updated, and actionable for daily/weekly MQL reviews.

Execute High-Velocity Campaigns

- Launch A/B tests, nurture email sequences, and CRO experiments.

- Deliver campaigns on time with minimal reliance on other teams.

Integrate Across Channels

- Align funnels and tracking with SEO, PPC, Partnerships, and Content.

- Produce lead enrichment research and event/partner dashboards.

Create Persuasive Marketing Assets

- Draft effective copy for emails, landing pages, and reports (v1 quality).

- Adapt messaging for funnel stages (awareness purchase).

Key Outcomes / KPIs

- MQL Growth: Contribute directly to net-new MQL growth (quarterly targets).

- Conversion Rates: Achieve measurable improvements in funnel/email performance.

- Automation Uptime: Maintain >98% success rate in workflows (Zapier/GoHighLevel).

- Dashboard Accuracy: Ensure weekly reports are 95%+ accurate and delivered on time.

- Campaign Velocity: Launch 90%+ of sprint campaigns on time.

Competencies / Must-Haves

- Experience (3-5 Years): Growth marketing, CRO, funnel building, email marketing.

- Tools Mastery: GoHighLevel (expert), Zapier, Google Analytics, Sheets/Excel.

- Front-End Skills: Basic HTML/CSS for refining landing pages.

- Copywriting: Strong grasp of direct-response style.

- Analytical: Confident with UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting.

- Autonomy: Able to handle 8090% of tasks independently, delegating only when necessary.

Cultural / Team Fit

- Results-obsessed: checks MQL dashboards daily.

- Curious, confident, and proactive problem-solver.

- Comfortable taking direction from the CMO while owning execution.

- Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration.
