We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager to drive market expansion and support the successful implementation of GTM strategies across assigned geographies.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance, align go-to-market initiatives with business goals, and lead special strategic projects that fuel growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Implementation
- Analyze market value chains and assess current market presence versus competitors.
- Execute approved GTM plans effectively across designated regions.
- Ensure consistent adherence to GTM frameworks and processes by the sales teams.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve execution challenges to ensure delivery of market growth KPIs.
- Provide regular updates, feedback, and suggestions to enhance GTM effectiveness and agility.
Planning & Special Projects
- Understand and align GTM strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Plan, lead, and execute special cross-functional initiatives to drive business impact.
- Support organizational capability-building through strategic interventions and scalable processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: MBA (Marketing)
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales/sales support in building materials or paints industry
- Industry Knowledge:
- Strong experience in trade channel sales
- Good understanding of sales and marketing operations
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
