Role Description:
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates worldwide.
- The role also involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
- Additional responsibilities include general HR management, payroll & benefits, campus recruitment, collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- This is an on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Gurugram with hybrid work mode and flexible hours.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates for various roles like data science, software development, quantitative researcher.
- Ability to develop and manage creative recruitment and employer branding strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA in Human Resources from top tier institutions
- Previous experience in the FinTech/ Quantitative Finance/ Tech industry
