Manager - Financial Reporting - Microfinance Institution - CA

Key Accountabilities:

- Preparation of financial statements under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual audits.

- Hands-on experience in handling regulatory returns (RBI return DNBS01, 03, and 10).

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS standards as applicable to NBFCs.

- Solid understanding of daily ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of experience in the BFSI sector.

- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to be available on-call as needed.
