Manager - Financial Operations & Compliance

We are seeking a individual to conduct financial due diligence for onboarding NGOs, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with statutory and CSR requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in financial reporting tools.

Function: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Reports To: Senior Director, CSR (Client Side)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial due diligence for onboarding NGOs, including reviewing financial statements, statutory registrations, and compliance documentation.

- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities, including multi-year financial projections.

- Review and analyze NGO project budgets, identify anomalies, and coordinate approval workflows.

- Serve as a liaison between CSR teams and Statutory/Tax Controllers to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership using Power BI or similar visualization tools.

- Independently manage tasks post-transition and identify opportunities to enhance and improve existing financial processes.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance.

- 2-7 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. CSR experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of financial due diligence, statutory compliance, and budget analysis.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
