Manager - Finance - CA

Position: Finance Manager (CA Qualified)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience: 5-8 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely filing of taxes (VAT, CIT, WHT) and regulatory compliance.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

- Support in cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning.

- Monitor internal controls and support process improvements.

- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting/finance.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax laws, and regulatory environment.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Africa or international markets is an added advantage.
