Finance Manager :
We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager / Financial Controler to join our team! As a Finance Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our Director.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financials, management and statutory reports to statutory boards and HQ
- Preparation of annual budget and monthly financial reporting
- Ensure all management information is accurate and produced on a timely basis; and reconciles across
local and corporate systems
- Ensure adherence to internal control procedures and policies
- Prepare and review all reconciliation schedules, journals and payment vouchers, audit schedules and
tax computation
- Perform variance analysis on actual results to budget and forecast. Highlight any abnormalities to the director and propose relevant solutions accordingly
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for preparation of annual audit and tax filings
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts like:
- Month and end-year process closing
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- Payroll and utilities
- Cash management and forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Trust account statement reconciliations,
- Work closely with Board Director and other offices across the globe
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager / Finance Manager
- Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Office and accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data along with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and
regulations
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and ability to multi task
- Good time-management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Mumbai, Dadar
CTC - 10 lacs - 15 lacs
Experience : Minimum - 6 - 8 years of experience .
