Manager - Finance & Accounts

A leading company in the coal and steel sector is looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager (London, United Kingdom).

Work:

- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, cash flow reports)

- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

- Handle VAT returns, tax filings, and HMRC compliance

- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

- Assist in year-end audits and liaise with external auditors

Eligibility:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred but not required)

- At least 4 years of UK accounting & tax compliance experience

- Strong understanding of UK tax laws and financial regulations

- Proficiency in Sage (preferred), Xero, or QuickBooks
