Manager - Finance

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS, revenue reporting, accounting and handling end to end reporting of Market place business.

- Responsible for managing and reporting of business

- Responsible for financial reporting under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual

basis and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

- Manage quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits.

- Oversee working capital management

- Automate the Revenue MIS and Financial reporting process.

- Implementation of SOPs across processes and ensure adherence through regular reviews.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable Knowledge of Financials and MIS.

- Exposure and knowledge of statutory audits.

- Adaptability: Open to change and effective in ambiguous or unexpected circumstances.

- Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, inventory/WMS systems etc.
