About the Role:

We are hiring a data-focused Analytics Manager to support Exception & Control Reporting within Collections domain. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAS/SQL programming skills, experience handling large data sets, and a good understanding of compliance reporting and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements from Collections process owners

- Build and maintain exception/control reports using SAS, SQL, VBA, and Python

- Perform data extraction and transformation from various sources

- Provide accurate documentation and data for audits and regulatory needs

- Collaborate with IT and data warehousing teams

- Coordinate with US stakeholders and support global projects

- Maintain SOPs and ensure timely delivery of insights and reports

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAS and SQL

- At least 1 year of experience with Python

- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

- Experience with regulatory reporting and large datasets

- Exposure to tools like Tableau, Vision Plus, FDR is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Willingness to work overlapping hours with the US team
