Job Summary:
- Reliance is looking for a results-driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B telecom sales operations.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the enterprise sales ecosystem, a strong network of corporate clients, and experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through large enterprise client acquisition, account management, and solution selling, while also ensuring seamless collaboration across internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across industries for Reliance telecom products and - solutions (e. , mobility, data, IoT, cloud, broadband).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Deliver customized telecom solutions based on client requirements and market needs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of enterprise sales executives/account managers to deliver high performance.
- Set clear performance KPIs, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Share insights with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and drive competitive advantage.
Proposal & Contract Management:
- Oversee the proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and closure process with enterprise clients.
- Ensure all documentation, compliance, and internal processes are adhered to.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales
- Proven experience in team management, client acquisition, and large account handling.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and customer lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive complex deals with multiple stakeholders
