Manager - Employee Experience - BFS

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and satisfaction

2.Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and performance management

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

4.Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend action plans for continuous improvement

5.Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

1.8+ years of experience in HR Operations (Workday pref.)

2.Proven track record of driving employee experience initiatives

3.Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices

4.Excellent leadership and team management skills

5.Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
