Manager - Due Diligence - Mining Industry

Job Description:

- Candidate Must be fluent in French language.

- To reduce the risk of non-compliance with regulatory compliance services.

- To provide an independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's operations and managing external grievances.

- Responsible for monitoring its compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

- To support the company to achieve its objectives by bringing a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the risk management, control, and governance process.

- Work as a liaison between the regularity entities and the company.

- Review all relevant loss and regulation applicable to the company and ensure compliance.

- Ensure the business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
