Job Responsibilities- As a Direct Sales Manager with 10-15 years of experience, you will be a pivotal leader in our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing the entire sales lifecycle, and leading a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large sales teams, closing high-value deals, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and budgets to achieve and surpass company sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective lead generation campaigns and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to closure.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Sales analytics tools to track performance, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Actively participate in and support the team during complex, high-value negotiations and closures.
Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- 10-15 years of proven experience in direct real estate sales.
- A bachelor's degree and Master degree
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
