Manager - Digital Transformation/ Process Re-Engineering

As a strategy professional you will work on challenging projects to solve for business problems that are faced by various organizations.
This opportunity allows you to help clients reset their business and operating models, transform using digital methods and build practices/processes to pursue superior growth in their industry.
You will help clients diagnose their problem statements, map out strategies to respond to such problem areas, create detailed initiatives and support implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing a deep understanding of the industry issues with a view to building solutions with high potential demand
- Contributing to building proposals by researching about domestic and global best practices, carving out bespoke solution for the clients
- Contribute to practice building by helping develop thought leaderships (TLs) and white-papers
Support excellent client delivery by:
- Performing desktop-based research, customer discussions, interviews with senior management and such other activities to build a strong understanding of the business needs
- Draw out detailed designs that respond to the needs of the business and assess the readiness / dependencies for implementation
- Support client's technology, business, finance and other teams for implementing the solutions
- Develop necessary charter and identify key metrics to help track the performance post implementation
