Manager - Digital Transformation - FMCG

Skills Required :

- Proven track record of leading digital transformation programs and migrating from legacy/onpremise systems to Industry 4.0 platforms.

- Strong hands-on expertise in automation systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI) and historian systems (OSI PI).

- Experience with OPC Server integration, industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, ProfNet), and OT-IT integration with enterprise platforms.

- Exposure to AI/ML use case implementation, image analytics, and vision-based systems for manufacturing operations.

- Familiarity with ISA-95 standards and enterprise integration models.

- Strong knowledge of Big Data platforms, predictive analytics, and cloud-based applications

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and drive cross functional change.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities.

- Should be able to lead a team of 10 members (Bachelor & Diploma) Experience Required 10-15 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Process Industries.
