Digital Transformation Manager
We're hiring for Digital Transformation Managers with experience in BPO/ITES to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives. The role involves identifying improvement opportunities, co-creating transformation roadmaps, and working with delivery, sales, and client teams to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process discovery and journey mapping
- Identify and solve process, people, and tech gaps
- Lead transformation discussions in pre-sales and client forums
- Implement digital solutions and track performance impact
- Promote structured problem-solving via training
- Contribute to solution backlogs and POCs
Preferred Profile:
- BPO/Customer Experience domain expertise
- Strong in transformation, process excellence, re-engineering
- Exposure to bots, analytics, automation is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder/client management skills
Experience: 4 to 16 years
