Job Title: Digital Product Marketing Manager.


Job Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Product Marketing Manager to lead and drive our digital products from conception to market readiness. The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of digital products, including planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies. This person will be responsible for overseeing various marketing campaigns, coordinating across teams, and ensuring successful product launches.


Key Responsibilities:


- Ownership of Time to Market (TBCs): Ensure products are delivered on schedule by managing cross-functional teams and maintaining strict adherence to timelines.


- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on product goals.


- Campaign Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.


- Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve digital marketing and product performance through data analysis and A/B testing.


- Reporting: Provide regular reports on product and campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and actionable insights.


- Event Coordination: Attend and represent the company at key industry events to promote digital products and establish new partnerships.


- Marketing Engagement: Drive customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives and maintain an ongoing relationship with users.


- Product Demos: Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of product capabilities.


- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to align product features, goals, and timelines.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines.


- Experience in digital marketing and product management.


- Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing platforms.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.


- Experience in managing campaigns, optimising marketing funnels, and delivering impactful reports.

Job Type : Full-time permanent position.


Location: Remote.


Interview Rounds :


- R1 Discussion with CTO.


- R2 : Interview with CEO+ CTO (presentation -where a talent need to display strategies for in first 3months that would help product).


- R3 if required.
