The role involves leading the digital marketing team, optimizing digital channels, and ensuring the brand's online presence aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Creating and maintaining client relationships.

What you'll bring to the team:
- Plans and executes all web, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against goals such as return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Identifies trends and insights from campaign data and optimizes spending and performance accordingly.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies using digital marketing channels.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points in user funnels and optimizes them for improved performance.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Evaluates emerging technologies and provides insights for their potential adoption.
- Offers thought leadership and perspectives on digital marketing strategies and technologies.

- Education requirements: MBA from premier institute.
- Experience: 8-10 Years of experience preferably minimum 2 years in the telecommunications industry.
