About The Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives from our Kochi office.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital growth strategies, team leadership, and partner collaboration within the technology and enterprise product space.
You will work closely with the leadership team to shape our brand, drive customer engagement, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Act as a thought partner to the CXO team by proactively recommending improvements in branding, engagement, and campaign efficiency.
- Lead full-funnel marketing efforts - from awareness to retention.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, marketing executives, content writers, and performance marketers.
- Set clear KPIs and build a collaborative, creative, high-performance team culture.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- Co-create and execute marketing campaigns and events - both online and offline - in collaboration with partners.
Enterprise Product & B2B Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for enterprise tech products tailored to business buyers.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content.
Digital Campaigns & Brand Building
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media), social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure campaign performance, marketing ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Create actionable dashboards and present insights to the leadership team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-10 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Experience managing partner marketing initiatives and joint campaigns with external tech partners.
- Strong business acumen and experience working closely with CXO stakeholders.
- Prior experience in enterprise or B2B product marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, SEO/analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to global campaigns or international market segments.
- Experience in startup/scale-up environments with fast-paced execution.
- Prior experience in organizing tech events or webinars
