Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 6-10 years of experience, specifically in the education industry.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in running digital campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth for educational services, institutions, or ed-tech platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with educational business goals.
- Lead Generation: Drive targeted campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing with a strong focus on student acquisition and enrollment.
- Channel Management: Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email, display, and performance campaigns tailored to educational audience behavior.
- Revenue Growth: Utilize insights from past education marketing experience to identify high-converting channels and increase ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (like CPL, CAC, ROAS) and use tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to optimize campaign performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers.
- CRM & Automation: Manage customer lifecycle through marketing automation and CRM tools to improve student engagement and retention.
- Partnerships & PR: Collaborate with educational influencers, PR agencies, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in digital marketing with proven experience in the education industry( Unacademy, Bijus, Times pro, Carrerlaunch etc.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Tools Proficiency: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Email Marketing platforms (e., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems (e., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Certifications (Preferred): Google AdWords, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other relevant credentials.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, leadership ability, and excellent communication.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with B2C marketing for student recruitment or course enrollments.
- Familiarity with education-specific seasonal campaign cycles.
- Hands-on with marketing automation and lead scoring models.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.
