Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Should be experienced in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and growth for a company (D2C brand) selling directly to consumers, often through their organic channels (such as own company website/social media platforms etc)
- Developing and implementing marketing plans, managing online advertising campaigns (SEO, SEM,social media, email), analyzing performance, and optimizing the customer experience
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Use CRM data to create marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences
- Analyze digital marketing metrics & CRM data to measure campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour
- Integrate CRM systems & develop and maintain customer segments.
- Leverage the D2C model to build strong customer relationships and drive loyalty.
- Track and report on key performance indicators.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor strategies.
