Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our B2B digital marketing efforts in the manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing ROI-driven digital campaigns targeting industrial buyers, OEMs, distributors, and procurement heads across various geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored for B2B manufacturing products and markets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and customer insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Display, Retargeting, etc.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost efficiency (CPL, CAC).
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
Website & SEO:
- Oversee website performance and manage SEO initiatives (on-page and off-page).
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to optimize UI/UX for lead generation.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for SEO and traffic insights.
Content Marketing & Automation:
- Develop content strategies including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and product videos for technical buyers.
- Manage email marketing and lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.
- Track engagement and campaign success through funnel metrics.
Social Media & Branding:
- Lead organic and paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry-specific platforms.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all digital channels.
- Create engagement through thought leadership, webinars, and industry news.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, CTRs, Bounce Rate, Session Duration, etc.
- Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve digital outreach and campaign success.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, industrial customer personas, and technical product positioning.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to international B2B marketing (export, multi-regional campaigns).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Experience in managing agency/vendor relationships.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing Analytics is a plus
