Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in the jewelry category, you will be responsible for driving quality traffic to the website/mobile with CAC as the core metric. You will work closely with the founder to strategize and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Core Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a core part of our marketing & growth team. We expect you to enjoy spending significant time on ad dashboards, optimizing campaigns for the best ROAS.


Key responsibilities include:


- Drive KPIs including Website/Mobile Conversions, CAC, MAU, DAU, Stickiness, and Purchase Cohorts.

- Plan, execute, measure, and report on performance across categories, brands, and platforms (Meta & Google primarily).

- Take accountability for revenue, spends, visits, ROAS, and conversion rate.

- Use strong analytical skills to optimize performance across all digital channels.

- Execute targeting, segmenting, campaign analysis, and cohort analysis.

- Coordinate creative and content direction for customer touchpoints.

- Identify trends, insights, and new audience opportunities to run A/B tests.

- Plan and execute launches of new brands and collections.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand brand objectives and ideate creative strategies.

- Work with agency partners to execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, Snapchat, Apple, and Programmatic platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

- B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 5-8 years' experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce marketplaces or digital agencies.

- Strong expertise with tools such as FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DV360.

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.

- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
