About the Role:


The Digital Marketing Manager role functions within our corporate and global marketing strategies. In this role you will create orchestrated and relevant digital journeys that infuse customer needs into our planned digital experiences across owned and paid digital channels including but not limited to social media, display, SEO/PPC, website content & landing pages, mobile, video, email and content syndication. You will oversee global program strategy & planning to orchestrate, track, monitor and report on program status and success, supporting global initiatives in India. Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital channels, using channel and behavioral data to optimize, test, and target marketing solutions for greatest impact.


Partner with regional teams to implement the local strategic approach, developing the integrated and personalized digital marketing strategy to raise brand awareness and create demand for company solutions. Collaborate with the omnichannel team to drive and evolve audience segmentation/delivery and cross channel journeys. Share best practices and learnings across digital leadership to funnel program data back into the team for takeaways and optimization. You are a digital leader identifying and making recommendations that drive business growth to deliver highly qualified leads, best-in-class 1st party audience strategies, and demonstrate direct digital attribution to ARR and ACV. Optimize digital channels for acquisition and conversion, influence global sales pipeline and profitably lead, build and implement a scalable growth model across regions/tactics to impact delivery, accountability, and alignment with Marketing and field marketing team members.


About You


Responsibilities:


Strategy & Initiatives:


- Primary responsibility in launching the new website for India go-to-market and optimize web pages for the local market.

- Ownership and execution of the local digital strategy and its execution, reporting against business objectives set with Sales and Marketing teams.

- Identify high-growth and high-revenue digital opportunities, and taking lead on how best to implement and optimize performance.

- Stay on top of the latest digital trends for multiple platforms and evaluate our user data and use it to improve our funnel.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and key results; ensure management reporting and operational reviews focus on results and actions.

- Lead and work in cross-functional teams to evaluate, provide insight and drive strategic outcomes that have the greatest impact on the company.

- Maintain oversight of digital contributions against regional goals and proactively guide the business on status and any concerns before they become issues.

- Actively involved in the launch and development of key measurements, particularly in ensuring delivery of budget and committed initiatives.


Leadership & Collaboration:


- Align with your leadership to identify business priorities and develop digital initiatives, guide organizations to present impactful reports including business insights and recommendations (i.e quarterly business reviews, digital roadmap, regional updates).

- Fully lead and own the web experience in India to bring in business results for the region.

- Create journey maps and leverage UX wireframes with design comps to bring your ideas to life.

- Collaborate with internal teams to work with cross-channel (paid and organic) teams to bring results for the region.

- Build strong relationships and work across multiple internal stakeholders, business areas, and external providers to develop a strategy, roadmap and deliver high quality solutions.


Basic Qualifications:


To ensure the greatest alignment of skills to the anticipated contributions the strongest candidates will generally have the following capabilities and experience:

- Minimum of 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent experience.

- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

- Experience with defining and delivering success goals in a results oriented culture.

- Knowledge of standard methodologies of omnichannel marketing and channel specific knowledge including SEO, SEM, display, programmatic, content marketing, social media, on-site personalization, email, chat, etc.

- An expert in hands-on use of digital marketing technology tools and processes. (E.g.: Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.); Ability to identify and adapt to changing audience behavior.

- Analytics background and well versed in Tableau, Power BI.

- Expert pivot-table and SQL user in Excel for data reporting for cross-channel digital marketing.

- Understanding of data management platforms, and familiarity with first and third party data use cases.

- Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tools, project management software, and marketing automation systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Marketo, etc).


Other Qualifications:


- Shown success in collaborating with multiple matrixed teams to analyze, respond to, and effectively address various business needs and challenges, from marketing performance to internal operations and process refinement.

- Ability to work and excel in a highly matrixed organizations.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- Digital demand generation experience is desirable.

- Enterprise software and/or B2B experience is a plus.
