Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital channels, campaign management, SEO/SEM, and analytics to create impactful marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.

- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy, execution, budget management, and performance tracking.

- Optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum ROI using data analytics and A/B testing.

- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling digital assets and campaigns.

- Lead SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.

- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and others.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company competitive.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital campaigns.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and coordinators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with managerial experience.

- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.

- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g , HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).

- Proficient with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and data visualization platforms.

- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
