Manager - Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Website creation for customers, optimization, SEO growth.
- Working knowledge of Wordpress and Webflow.
- Resourceful use of external consultants for website graphics.
- SEM: Campaign management for customers and spend management
- You will have one person reporting to you who will execute these tasks.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brain storm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Qualifications:
- Atleast 4 years of work experience in digital marketing with 1-2 years of experience in the US market
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Superb presence and exceptional written/email communication and public speaking skills
- Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure
- Able to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems
- Comfortable in team-oriented atmosphere
- Knowledge of Google GSuite and Hubspot. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint are useful.
- Familiarity with at least one email marketing automation tool as well as social media such as LinkedIn campaign manager is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe products is a plus.
