Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Ahmedabad.

- The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee social media marketing strategies, lead generation activities, formulate marketing plans, analyze web analytics, and manage overall digital marketing efforts.

- Daily tasks will include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on digital marketing trends.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

- Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-e- cient campaigns.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) improvements to enhance campaign performance.

- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

- Handle client interactions, including understanding their business goals, presenting strategies, and addressing queries.

- Lead pre-sales activities, including creating tailored proposals, pitching strategies, and demonstrating ROI potential to clients.

- Develop and present detailed digital marketing roadmaps to clients and stakeholders, outlining short-term and long-term goals.

- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients to deliver projects on time and exceed expectations.

Required- Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

- Pro- ciency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI) and CRM platforms.

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

- Strong - nancial acumen and budget management skills.

- Proven experience in client handling, pre-sales, and proposal creation.

- Ability to create and present comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
