This is a full-time WFO (Indore) role as a digital marketing manager at TekIT Software Solutions. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing efforts.. Qualifications. Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Marketing skills. Minimum experience 5 years. Web Analytics and Digital Marketing expertise. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Experience with SEO and SEM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including but not limited to social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising. -
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Design and implement lead generation campaigns across various digital channels, optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead quality and volume.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies, manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and monitor social media performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and manage paid search campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
-Web Analytics & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other content formats.
- Marketing Budget Management: Plan and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor and adapt to the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies
