Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving product adoption to maximize customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and utilization of our products/services.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and training sessions with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
- Manage customer renewals and work to increase customer lifetime value.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a client-facing role (3-7 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer business processes and technical requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple customer accounts
