Role: Customer Success Manager

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain excellent client relationships with CXOs/Business Heads and peers across functions.

- Drive business development strategy and execution.

- Manage client experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

- Develop expertise in concept selling.

- Identify opportunities for upgrades and upsells to expand partnerships.

- Structure tailored solutions for client organisations.

- Lead personal brand-building initiatives.

- Leverage in-house community, events, and research & insights for client success.
