Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.
With 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in customer relationship management, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns and customer journeys designed to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback, address their inquiries, and continuously refine our customer relationship strategy.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in our products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to CRM campaigns and customer journeys to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in handling CRM tools.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CRM software such as Hubspot, Clevertap, Gupshup, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including developing and executing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
