Job Description - Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram (Corporate Office)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager with 4-6 years of experience in Group Business sales within the life insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee benefits, corporate partnerships, and key account management while possessing strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for Funds Business, Group Term Life, and Employee Benefits solutions
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, PSUs, and insurance brokers to expand the business
- Identify new market opportunities and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Develop and implement worksite marketing strategies for large corporates and PSUs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on industry trends
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in Group Business sales within a leading life insurance company
- Proven expertise in employee benefits, key account management, and corporate sales
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
