Job Title: Corporate Sales - Insurance Broking

Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida

CTC Range: 10-24 LPA (Depending on location & experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for highly driven and experienced Corporate Sales Professionals to join our growing team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in New Business Development and Client Acquisition within the Insurance Broking industry. If coming from an insurance company background, direct sales experience is a must.

This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for insurance solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

- Work closely with internal underwriting, claims, and service teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.

- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Corporate Sales for the Insurance Broking industry.

- If from an insurance company, must have direct sales experience (not only channel management).

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage client accounts end-to-end.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
