About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Manager - Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales team and drive business growth by acquiring and managing key corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of corporate sales strategies, and proven experience in managing complex sales cycles with large organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate clients across targeted industries.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

- Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to corporate client needs.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to provide regular updates to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales roles.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships at multiple organizational levels.

- Experience leading and motivating sales teams.

- Proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
