1. Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Corporate HR (Including Internal Talent Acquisition) for a US Staffing Business

2. Excellent communication skills especially English Language

3. Should be willing to work in Night Shift (India Time); transportation/meals will be provided by organization

4. Develop and execute high-impact recruitment strategies for sourcing top talent in US staffing, including recruiters, account managers, sales professionals, and leadership roles.

5. Manage end-to-end hiring, from job posting, sourcing, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

6. Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking, employee referrals, and social media recruitment.

7. Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and create workforce planning strategies.

8. Implement data-driven hiring decisions, tracking key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

9. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, market mapping, and Boolean search.

10. Strengthen employer branding through engagement initiatives, career fairs, and social media campaigns.

11. Work closely with third-party vendors, staffing agencies, and recruitment consultants to optimize hiring.

12. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment to ensure a well-balanced workforce.
