Key Requirements:
The candidate must have experience in managing the complete corporate insurance portfolio including:
- Health Insurance (GMC, GPA)
- Property Insurance (IAR, Fire, Burglary, MBD & EEI)
- Marine Cargo Insurance
- Project Insurance (CAR, EAR & CPM)
- Liability Insurance (CGL, D&O, WC)
Motor Insurance:
- Prepared and presented reports on insurance for major policy renewals to senior management, aligning insurance strategy at the group level
- Assessed risk exposure, prepared RFPs, and sourced quotes from both domestic and international markets according to project specifications
- Negotiated premiums, coverages, warranties, and exclusions, and prepared detailed
- QCS reports with recommendations for management review.
- Fostered and maintained relationships with insurers & brokers, which helped me to stay informed of the latest insurance products and industry trends
- Collaborated with insurers' underwriting and risk management teams to conduct loss prevention programs and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Successfully managed the company's insurance budget, prioritizing cost-effectiveness while ensuring a high-quality insurance program is in place.
- Provided comprehensive guidance and training to employees on insurance, including policy benefits, claims processing, and escalation procedures
