Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that support the NBFC's business objectives and brand positioning.

- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and act as a primary media contact.

- Create and distribute compelling content for various channels, including press releases, website copy, newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications.

- Oversee employee communication programs to ensure consistent and effective messaging, fostering employee engagement and alignment.

- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to proactively manage potential reputation risks and provide timely, effective responses to any issues that arise.

- Foster strong relationships with investors, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders through targeted communication initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage, campaign performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Serve as a company spokesperson to handle media inquiries, interviews, and other public engagements.


Candidate Profile:


- Master's degree in a relevant field such as communications, public relations, journalism, or business with 8+ years of experience in Corporate communications is must.

- A strong understanding of the financial services sector and the unique communication challenges facing NBFCs.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.

- Strong strategic planning and execution skills to develop and implement effective communication campaigns.

- Proven ability to create engaging and informative content across various platforms, including digital and traditional media.

- Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

- Ability to anticipate, assess, and respond effectively to crisis situations.


- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing trends, and PR tools.
