Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Corporate Communication Manager to enhance our brand presence, manage internal and external communications, and build strong relationships with media and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate communications, public relations, and brand management within the insurance or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic corporate communication plans to strengthen brand identity.

- Manage media relations and cultivate relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and key stakeholders.

- Oversee internal communications to ensure effective information dissemination across departments.

- Craft press releases, articles, speeches, and other content to support company announcements and campaigns.

- Coordinate with marketing teams for integrated brand communication strategies.

- Handle crisis communication and reputation management.

- Monitor media coverage and manage public perception.

- Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and sponsorship activities.

- Oversee social media and digital communication strategies.

- Ensure compliance with corporate communication policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

- Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in handling crisis communication and reputation management.

- Knowledge of digital communication tools, social media, and content marketing.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in working with PR agencies and media houses.
