About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager with 7-12 years of proven expertise in External Communications and Branding. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and a strong background in managing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to strengthen external visibility and reputation.

- Manage leadership communications, public relations, external events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.

- Lead initiatives for employer branding and campus branding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.

- Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and external partners to drive communication objectives.

- Drive strategic storytelling through compelling content development for various channels.

- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 712 years of experience in Corporate Communications with strong exposure to External Communications and Branding.

- Prior GCC (Global Capability Center) experience is mandatory.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven experience in handling leadership talks, external events, employer branding campaigns, and sponsorships.

Educational Background

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive, curious, and solutions-driven approach.

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Experience with employer branding tools and platforms is preferred.
