Manager - Controllership - CA

About:

- Prepare detailed financial reports/financial statements and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in line with accounting standards (Ind As/IGAAP).

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and systems to minimise risks.

- Handle corporate taxation, transfer pricing, SEZ compliances, internal audits and statutory audits and compliance.

- Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and providing insights on the same.

- Handle treasury, monitor cash flow and manage relationship with bankers, AP, AR, revenue recognition, payroll and reconciliations.

- Handle technical accounting related aspects and compliance.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

- Close collaboration with HR, legal, tax and trade, real estate and facilities, procurement, finance shared services and other functions

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- 10- 15 years of experience of Finance Controllership, preferably across the R&D/Engineering Centres/GBS/GCC/Pharma/Manufacturing space.

- Global exposure of finance operations/Handling multiple entities.

- Experience on an ERP system such as SAP / Oracle etc.

- Willingness to work based out of Hyderabad.
