- Post Contract - Mobilizing And Preparation Of Necessary Documents Such As Work Completion Barchart,

- Organization Chart, Money Flow Statement Etc. Preparation Of Work Orders For Various Contractors And Vendors

- Follow Up For Work Orders With Client.

- Follow Up With Concern Project In-Charge For Smooth Progress Of The Job.

- Maintaining A Good Relation With Client And Following Up For Other New Projects. - Follow Up With Site In-

Charge For Time To Time Bill And Payments. - Making Necessary Variations Statements In Reference With The Site

Conditions And Drawings - Checking The Billed Quantity, Terms And The Rate Of The Vendors And Contractors As Per The Issued Work Order.

- Addressing To Time To Time Issues And Solving The Same Promptly As Per The Contract.

- Checking The Cost Analysis And Amendment (Variation Statement) Of Various Vendors

- Technically In Accordance With The Approved Drawings, Specification And Work Carried Out At Actual.

- Procurement And Project Co-Ordination - The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For Pan India Procurement For Pan India Projects.

- The Selected Candidate Will Also Manage Project Co-Ordination For Assigned Projects.

- Must Have Strong Technical Skills With Experience In A Reputed Electrical Contracting/ Consulting Company With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managed And Handed Over Projects.

- Should Have Experience In Commercial Projects, Residential Projects, Airports, Hotel, Industrial Projects Et
