Responsibilities:

- Manages third-party (3P) packaging units to make sure products are delivered on time and follow rules.

- Tracks key performance metrics like production and dispatch compliance; works to lower manufacturing costs.

- Finds ways to use technology and automation to reduce total delivery costs.

- Works closely with planning and purchasing teams for packaging and raw materials.

- Plans production by month and area, and ensures smooth delivery with the supply chain team.

- Helps with long-term capacity planning and suggests budget and process improvements.

- Looks for new technology to cut down labor and manufacturing costs.

- Reviews and updates 3P costing; allocates 3P plans to reduce overall manufacturing expenses.

- Applies methods like 5S, TPM, TQM, and Six Sigma to boost efficiency and product quality.

- Makes sure operations match the companys business and supply chain needs.

- Leads the setup of systems and processes to improve operations.

- Coordinates with 3P vendors, suppliers, government bodies, and industry experts.
