Manager - Consolidation - CA

We're hiring for the profile of Manager-CIG (Consolidation) for Delhi location

QUALIFICATIONS- CA

EXPERIENCE - 6-10 years of exp in consolidation

MUST- Exp in SAP and BPC

BUDGET- 22 LPA

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Consolidation of financials

2. Prepare closing schedule for the group on quarterly basis

3. Monitor progress of the schedule & highlight/escalate any slippages

4. Consolidate all the sector financials and provide the same in time for review by the superiors, after highlighting the variations

5. Plan and manage consolidation team on day to day consolidation activities so as to achieve the above

6. Ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of queries from subsidiaries

7. Closely interact with the auditors and resolve or escalate consol audit issues

8. Initiate and drive implementation of common initiatives related to regulatory requirements across the group such as Schedule VI changes, Companies Act 2013 requirements.

9. Assign activities among team members for preparation of required financial information for GIL Annual Report, Investors, Fund raising initiatives, etc and review the same to ensure accuracy and completeness

10. Identify improvement areas in the consolidation process and initiate action for deployment of the same.

11. Analysis of financials & Audit committee presentation

12. Co-ordinate & monitor preparation of analysis of the financials and variance analysis for management review

13. Co-ordinate & monitor preparation of audit committee presentation

14. Timeline-As per SEBI requirement

15. Provide effective guidance and support to the IND AS implementation team by providing inputs on the existing GAAP accounting

16. Provide guidance and support in preparing IND AS financials
