Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements applicable to NBFC operations.

- Oversee regulatory filings, inspections, and ensure timely submissions.

- Draft, review, and update compliance policies, frameworks, and SOPs.

- Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure robust monitoring mechanisms.

- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.

- Provide regular training and guidance to business teams on regulatory developments.

- Support the Group Compliance Head in designing and implementing compliance strategy and governance initiatives.

- Monitor and assess regulatory changes, highlighting business impact and necessary actions.

Qualification and Experience:

- Experience: 12-15 years of proven experience in compliance within the NBFC sector.

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Finance, Commerce, or related field. Professional certifications (CS/CA/CFA/compliance certifications) will be an advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, NBFC compliance frameworks, governance standards, and reporting requirements.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.

- High ethical standards, detail orientation, and ability to manage complex compliance issues.
