Manager - Commercial Planning - FMCG/Retail/Hospitality - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Looking for Manager - Commercial Planning for a leading MNC based at Delhi/ NCR.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing sales performance and providing actionable insights to the Leadership Team, including forecasts, projections, and comparisons of actual performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Developing the Annual Operating Plan by aligning it with current performance data, projections, and prevailing industry trends.

- Conducting comprehensive category and competitor analysis to identify key market trends, establish benchmarks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

- Evaluating the financial performance of major competitors, offering strategic insights to strengthen our competitive positioning.

- Conducting in-depth profit and loss (P&L) assessments, focusing on revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.

- Performing multiple monthly analyses and offering recommendations for operational enhancements.

- Preparing regular financial reports for management, emphasizing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualification & Key Skills:

- CA or MBA (only Tier 1 institute) with over 7 years of experience in Commercial planning only from FMCG/ Retail or Hospitality industry.
