- The ideal candidate will manage high-net-worth clients through the final stages of the sales process, ensuring a sophisticated and seamless experience from negotiation to possession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the closing process for luxury real estate transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful property presentations and conduct strategic site visits to facilitate deal closures.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure optimal deal terms.
- Ensure meticulous execution of contracts, payment schedules, and legal formalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in high-ticket sales, preferably within the luxury real estate sector.
- Demonstrable experience in managing transactions with high-net-worth individuals.
