Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Client Implementation team, including Client Implementation Specialists and Senior Specialists, to ensure quality and timely delivery of client implementations.
- Execute client implementations directly when necessary to support the team and ensure project success.
- Mentor and support team members in employee development, process adherence, and best practices related to client implementation.
- Handle first-level client escalations, resolving issues promptly and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, reporting insights and recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client onboarding and implementation processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry.
- Experience with HRIS, CRM, or similar systems.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Solid understanding of payroll and tax regulations and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
