Manager - Business Valuation

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for conducting financial statement and valuation analysis, preparing industry and economic outlooks, valuation report writing, and conducting specific valuation research projects.

- Conducts site visits and management interviews.

- Manages/performs multiple consulting engagements.

- Recommends business processes and improvement opportunities.

- Attends and participates in valuations industry trade shows and conferences and participates in firm-wide marketing and sales programs.

- Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective project management and practice development.

Qualifications:

- MBA with 6 to 8 years of experience with minimum 5 yrs into Valuation.

- Previous experience with financial statement analysis required.

- CPA, CFA or ASA designation preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
