Location: Navi Mumbai | Work Mode: 5 Days On-site
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex business needs into integrated solutions across policy systems and CRM.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver CRM workflows, data flows, and APIs.
- Lead product launches, enhancements, and customer-focused digital initiatives.
- Analyse and resolve issues in policy administration and CRM environments.
- Utilise SQL and reporting tools to support data mapping, migration, and usage patterns.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- Hiring individuals with a history of stable employment.
- Over 5+ years of experience in system or business analysis within the Life Insurance domain.
- Hands-on or functional CRM experience (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar).
- A strong understanding of policy administration systems (Ingenium or Life Asia preferred).
- Experience in systems integration via APIs and Web services.
- Excellent communication and solution design skills.
Required Education:-
- BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/BSc (IT)/MBA (IT)
